TECHNISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
STRUKTUR - Die Vitrinenwanne P82 für feuchte und
trockene Wärme wurde aus einem Ganzstück mit Polyurethanisolierung
40 kg/m3 mit einer variablen Dicke von mindestens 50 mm realisiert.
Das Untergestell besteht aus Stahlrohr - das in einem Ofen bei hohen
Temperaturen mit Epoxydpulver beschichtet wurde - und aus
verstellbaren Füßen für das genaue Nivellieren der Ausstattung.
FERTIGBEARBEITUNGEN - Die Glasglocke ist aus Silberfarbenem,
eloxiertem Aluminium gefertigt. Die kleine Arbeitsplatte auf der
Bedienerseite ist aus rostfreiem Edelstahl AISI 304 18/10 Ausführung
Scotchbrite erhältlich. Die gekrümmte Vorderscheibe ist gehärtet und
öffnet sich von unten nach oben mittels kleinen Gaskolben, die es
ermöglichen, die Glasscheibe in verschiedenen Positionen zu
arretieren, indem dabei die obere Decke fest bleibt. Die Schieber
aus Plexiglas schließen die Vitrine auf der Bedienerseite. Die
Abschlussseitenteile sind aus Polyurethan hohe Dichte 470 Kg/mm oder
lackiert. P82 FEUCHTE WÄRME - Die Vitrinen P82 feuchte Wärme sind
mit einem Temperaturregelungsthermostat ausgestattet; die
Ausführungen 1500 und 2000 mm sind mit drei oder vier geschweißten
Gegenwannen aus rostfreiem Edelstahl mit Zuleitung versehen. Jede
Gegenwanne (Gastronorm 1/1 H 205) verfügt über einen eigenen
Abfluss, der zu einer einzigen Abflussanlage führt. Die Wannen
können mit Gastronorm-Wannen zu 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 2/3, 1/4 plus Deckeln
oder mit einer gelochten Platte ausgestattet werden. Die
Betriebtemperatur ist zwischen 30°C und 90°C einstellbar. Ein von
der Kundenseite aus sichtbares LCD Thermostat erfasst die
Betriebstemperatur in der Vitrine.
